Adolfo Herrera
Adolfo Herrera is a Miami-based musician celebrated for his versatility as a drummer, percussionist, arranger, and producer. With more than 80 commercial recordings—including six Latin Grammy nominations—he has built a distinguished career performing and recording across the United States and Latin America. He holds a degree in Social Communication from the Central University of Venezuela.
Throughout his career, Adolfo has recorded and performed with a wide range of notable artists and ensembles, including Aldemaro Romero, Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Aquiles Báez, Otmaro Ruíz, the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra, Johnny Thunder (The Drifters), Siudy Garrido, Gerry Weil, Franco de Vita, Gaélica (Latin Grammy nominee), Frank Quintero, Kiara, Elisa Rego, Pedro Castillo, and Guillermo Carrasco, among others. A Yamaha, LP, and Istanbul Mehmet artist, Adolfo is recognized for his mastery across genres and his creative, innovative approach to rhythm and sound.
Beyond performance, Adolfo has served as musical director and producer, with projects featured on platforms such as Netflix, and he earned a Carbonell Award nomination for his theatrical work. At FlamenkFit, he combines his artistic direction, production skills, and technological vision to design the distinctive sound and musical identity that drive every training experience.
